These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by CLICK!
(referred to as “CLICK!”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any client (referred to as “you,” “your,” or “the Owner”).
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Health, Behaviour, and Safety

The Owner must disclose any known behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special needs relevant to their dog prior to any session or service.

All dogs must be up-to-date with core vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, and be in good general health before participating in training sessions or group walks.

If your dog becomes ill or injured while in our care and, in our professional opinion, requires medical attention, we reserve the right to seek veterinary assistance (we’ll contact your nominated vet where possible). All costs incurred, including treatment and transport, will be the Owner’s responsibility.
Training Approach

CLICK! uses humane, reward-based, science-backed training methods only. We do not use aversive tools or punitive techniques. We expect Owners to follow the guidance given and commit to ongoing consistency between sessions. We will not tolerate violence towards any animal in your care and will report any abuse to the authorities without hesitation.

Training outcomes depend heavily on the Owner's involvement and consistency outside of sessions. We will always support you, but success depends on both sides working as a team.
Bookings, Cancellations, and Timing

All training sessions must be pre-booked. We operate Monday to Friday, with limited availability on weekends by request.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the session will be charged in full.

We understand life happens—if something comes up, please get in touch as early as possible.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off (If Applicable)

For training walks or in-home sessions, timing may vary depending on traffic, location, weather, and your dog’s specific needs.

While we always aim for consistency, flexibility is required for the safety and enjoyment of all dogs involved.
Communication and Updates

We believe in coaching both ends of the leash. Expect feedback, notes, and updates from your trainer after each session.

You’re welcome to reach out with follow-up questions between sessions—we’re here to support you until things click.
Payments and Invoicing

All clients are invoiced weekly or after each session, depending on the service provided.

Invoices are sent via Hnry (or agreed method) to your nominated email address. Payment is due within 14 days of issue.

We accept most common payment methods, including bank transfer and credit card.
Media and Social Sharing

From time to time, photos or videos may be taken during training or walks for educational or promotional purposes. If you’d prefer your dog not be featured, please let us know in writing.
Liability and Assumption of Risk

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure your dog’s safety, CLICK! is not liable for any illness, injury, loss, or damage that occurs while your dog is in our care unless caused by our negligence.

By using our services, the Owner agrees to assume full responsibility for their dog’s behaviour, including any damage or injury they may cause to property, themselves, or others.
Ongoing Agreement

These terms remain in effect for all services provided by CLICK! unless otherwise updated or replaced.
